Aid Station Directions & Instructions
This portion of our website is meant for the organizations and companies that have volunteered to host an aid station at the Credit Union Queen City Marathon.
Typically, your designated aid station captain (or the person organizing your group's involvement) will have attended the aid station captain's meeting a few weeks prior to the race, where he or she will have received a hard copy of all the information you'll find here.
YOUR AID STATION CAPTAIN WILL BE ABLE TO TELL YOU THE NUMBER OF YOUR AID STATION.
However, to more efficiently share that information between yourself and all your fellow aid station volunteers, we're putting all that information here.
The information you'll find here includes:
- A document of aid station instructions, hints and tips - available as a downloadable PDF file.
- Directions to each of the 14 individual aid station locations.
- Those same individual aid station directions, plus helpful maps and photos, available as downloadable PDF files.
We recommend downloading the Aid Station Instruction Manua document below, plus the PDF file that pertains to the specific aid station location where you will be volunteering.

- PLEASE REPLACE TRAFFIC BARRICADES IMMEDIATELY
- If you are using a portable sound system, please aim the speakers away from residential areas. Point the speakers up and down the road, so participants can hear coming and going, or aim speakers out across the lake.
