Pace Team

Come to the Health and Wellness Expo and meet your Queen City Marathon ProCrest Pace Team.  

Pace Team members travel the course in a pre-determined target time. If you have a specific finishing time you want to achieve, stick with the Pace Team member that best matches your event and time goal.

NOTE: Each Pace Team member may operate differently. Some may use the run-10-mins-walk-1-min system. Others might walk through all the aid stations. Others may just keep a steady pace from start to finish. We recommend that you come to the Health & Wellness Expo to meet your Pace Team and learn what method they will be using on race day.
