Full payment must be made via cheque, money order, or cash. Please do not send cash through the mail. Please make cheques or money orders payable to Queen City Marathon Inc.
For your security, we do not accept credit card payment for mail-in or drop-off registrations. If you wish to pay by VISA or MasterCard, please register online.
Please note: The registration fees for submitting a mail-in paper form are $10.00 higher (and more in the case of Relay teams) than the fees for online registration. This is to encourage online registration and minimize the many, many volunteer hours that are required to manually enter information into our registration database.

- Barring an event selling out early, to allow for manual database entry, mailed-in registration forms must be received by race organizers (not mailed or postmarked, but received) by Wednesday, August 29th, 2012.

In the case of an event selling out early, any mailed-in registration forms that have not been received by race organizers prior to the event being sold out shall be deemed invalid.
- Please note that a post-mark date does not necessarily constitute a mailed-in registration as being officially received by - or in the possession of - the race organizers.
- Any payment (cheque or money order) accompanying the aforementioned mailed-in registration form shall be either destroyed or returned.
TECH SHIRT SIZING
Full marathoners receive long-sleeved tech shirts with their registration. Mens and womens sizes XS to XXL. Register by May 31st to guarantee shirt size.
Half and Relay participants receive short-sleeved tech shirts with their registration. Mens and womens sizes XS to XXL. Register by May 31st to guarantee shirt size.
Mini Marathon participants receive short-sleeved cotton shirts. Unisex kids sizes S to XXL. Register by May 31st to guarantee shirt size.
All shirts will be distributed at race package pickup.
