Friday before the race
11:00 AM - 8:30 PM Race Package Pickup
Conexus Arts Centre, 200 Lakeshore Drive. Use the ground-level entrance on the SOUTH-WEST side of the building (the Schumiatcher entrance), not the main entrance.
Race Package Pickup is down the stairs and to your right in the Schumiatcher Hall.
IMPORTANT: Check for your race number at the tables outside the hall before coming in to get your race package.
NOTE: Race kits will not be mailed or delivered. There is no race day registration or package pickup.
Any remaining tickets to the Pasta Party will be available for sale while supplies last. Tickets are $15 each.

The Health & Fitness Expo is is held in conjunction with race package pickup in the Schumiatcher Hall and is open to all participants and members of the general public. Please feel free to bring along a friend or two!
You can purchase your official Credit Union QCM merchandise here, while supplies last.
Entrance to the expo is the same as for race package pickup.
Saturday before the race
9:00 AM Running Room/Walking Room Friendship Run

Join your fellow participants at the Running Room/Walking Room store, 2118 Albert Street (corner of Albert Street and 13th Avenue).
Meet your Running Room/Walking Room Pace Rabbits, get some inspiration from John Stanton - president and founder of the Running Room - and join your fellow participants for friendship, fun and an easy 2.5 km run/walk through Wascana Park. Then come back to the Running Room for free refreshments.
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Race Package Pickup continues.

6:00 PM - 8:30 PM Conexus Arts Centre Pasta Party
Held at the Conexus Arts Centre, 200 Lakeshore Drive.
NOTE: Enter through MAIN ENTRANCE on the front of the building
Event takes place downstairs in the Convention Hall
Doors open at 6:00 PM.
Buffet dinner starts at approx. 6:30 PM.
A brief program begins at approx. 7:00 PM
Sunday - Race Day!
6:30 AM Race Site and Bag Drop Tent opens
7:00 AM Race Announcements begin
7:45 AM Participants begin lining up in their starting positions
7:50 AM Welcoming remarks and "O Canada"
7:55 AM Wheelchair Marathon begins
8:00 AM Credit Union Queen City Marathon begins!
- Full Marathon, Half Marathon Run, Sask Egg Producers Half Marathon Walk and Relay Team Marathon.
8:45 AM 3K McDonald's Mini Marathon begins!
- To avoid any start-line collisions, the Youth 11-17 division will line up first, then the Kids 5-10 division will line up behind them, along with any parents or guardians accompanying smaller kids around the 3K course.
9:30 AM (approx.) 3K McDonald's Mini Marathon overall awards presentation (details TBA)
- Top 3 male/female, both divisions, official gun time used to determine overall winners.
10:15 AM (approx.) Half Marathon Run overall awards presentation (details TBA)
- Top 3 male/female, official gun time used to determine overall winners.
NOON (approx.) Full Marathon, Wheelchair Marathon and Relay Team Marathon overall awards presentation (details TBA)
- Top 3 male/female in Full Marathon and Wheelchair Marathon, top 3 teams in Relay Team Marathon, official gun time used to determine overall winners.
NOON Half Marathon course officially closes. On-course support officially ends for the Half Marathon events.
2:00 PM Full Marathon course officially closes. On-course support officially ends. Finish line and race timing will stay open until the final, most determined and unstoppable marathon participant crosses the finish line.
2:30 PM Let the triumphant healing of blisters and sore muscles begin while you plan on how you're going to do the Credit Union QCM even faster next year!
