2012 Registration Deadlines
- Barring an event selling out early, online registration closes at 11:59 PM (local Saskatchewan time) on Sunday, Sept. 2nd, 2012.
- Barring an event selling out early, to allow for manual database entry, mailed-in registration forms must be received by race organizers (not mailed or postmarked, but received) by Wednesday, August 29th, 2012.

In the case of an event selling out early, any mailed-in registration forms that have not been received by race organizers prior to the event being sold out shall be deemed invalid.
- Please note that a post-mark date does not necessarily constitute a mailed-in registration as being officially received by - or in the possession of - the race organizers.
- Any payment (cheque or money order) accompanying the aforementioned mailed-in registration form shall be either destroyed or returned.
- Barring an event selling out early, anyone wishing to register after these times must do so in person at race package pickup, where the higher brochure prices will apply.
No registrations will be accepted at race package pickup for any event that is sold out.
We repeat: if/when an event sells out early, no walk-in registrations will be accepted at race package pickup.

- There is no race-day registration or package pick-up.
- Race packages will not be mailed out or delivered.
- Please note: A processing fee will be added to payments made by credit card (VISA or MasterCard). This applies to any payment made by credit card, be it via online or via mail-in or drop-off brochure. The payment will appear on your credit card statement as "Running Room Edmonton". Switching Events and Refund Deadline
- Concerning event switches, additional fees may be requested, depending on circumstance. Please refer to the EVENT SWITCHING PAGE of our website
- 50% Refund Deadline: Participants who contact us via email by 11:59 PM (local Saskatchewan time) July 31st 2012 to officially withdraw will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total paid for registration fees and pasta party tickets, less any credit card processing charges. After 11:59 PM (local Saskatchewan time) July 31st 2012, no fees or payments will be refunded for any reason.
Entries may not be transferred, given or sold to a third party or deferred to a future date.
Those racing under a false identity are not covered by event insurance and are not eligible for an official race time or any overall or age category awards. In addition, they can be disqualified and barred from entering future QCM events.

The Credit Union QCM is a limited-entry event and can sell out prior to race day.

NOTE: Team members must register under your team name. While it's preferrable that you register all your team members at the same time, you do NOT have to have all the members of your team in place in order to register a team. You can register a team with just one member to start with, and then add the other members at a later date. For more information regarding how to do this, please scan through our RELAY FAQ section.
If one member of at relay team wishes to run a separate individual event (for example, the full or half marathon), that is permitted, providing the team member registers and pays separately for the individual event. That team member MUST run the starting leg of the relay, wear two race numbers (the team number and his/her individual number) and wear two timing chips (the team chip, to be passed off to the next team member, and his/her individual event chip). 3K McDonald's Mini Marathon - KIDS 5-10 division
Ages 5-10 yrs. as of race day. Open to first 310 entries.
Short-sleeved cotton shirt included with registration fee.

Pre-Race Pasta Party hosted by the Conexus Arts Centre, 200 Lakeshore Drive

- Tickets $15.00 per person.
- Seating is limited to the first 800 tickets. Please purchase when registering.
- Children 5 and under admitted at no charge.
- Tickets can be purchased with your registration or while supplies last at race package pickup or at the door.

- Time: Saturday, September 8th, 2012 from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM
