Race package pick-up will take place in the Schumiatcher Hall of the Conexus Arts Centre, 200A Lakeshore Drive.
Please look at the Google Map located at the very top of this page to see where the Conexus Arts Centre is in relation to the Start/Finish area.

When you arrive at the Conexus Arts Centre, enter through the ground-level SOUTH-WEST DOORS (not the main front entrance). There is a black sign just outside the entrance doors marked "Shumiatcher Entrance". Schumiatcher Hall is down the stairs to your right.
WHEELCHAIR access is available at the South-EAST corner of the building. This is the staff/performer's entrance. Take the "up" ramp, turn left and enter through the door marked "staff & performer entrance". Stop at the Conexus Arts Centre security staff desk just inside the entrance and the security personnel will direct you to the elevator and the Schumiatcher Hall.
Please check for your race bib number on the lists outside the hall, then proceed inside to pick up your race package.
In the entranceway to the Schumiatcher Hall, you will find lists of all participants and their corresponding race bib numbers. Please check the lists for your race bib number and then proceed inside to pick up your race package.
RACE KITS WILL NOT BE MAILED OR DELIVERED.
THERE IS NO RACE-DAY REGISTRATION OR PACKAGE PICKUP.
NOTE: We suggest you bring along some photo identification. Should they deem it prudent, our volunteers may request photo identification before releasing a participant's race package. This is to prevent the very rare chance that some unscrupulous person might try to claim someone else's race package without permission.
Do the kids have to pick up their race packages the same way adults do?
Yes, the procedure for picking up their race kit is exactly the same as for any other Credit Union QCM participant, with one exception: we do allow parents to pick up their child’s race package. The child does not have to pick up his or her race package in person.
Please note that, while we do not usually ask for it, we do reserve the right to ask for photo identification before releasing a participant's race package. This is to prevent the very rare chance that some unscrupulous person might try to claim someone else's race package without permission.
I can't make it to race package pickup during the hours that it is open. Can I have a friend or relative pick up my race package for me?
Yes, if you follow the following procedure:
- Email us at runqcm@hotmail.com telling us your name, your event and that you authorize (your friend/relative) to pick up your race kit for you. Make sure you CC your friend/relative on the email you send to us.
- Your friend/relative must bring a printed copy of that email with them to race package pickup and present it to our volunteers before they will release your race package.
Please note that, while we do not usually ask for it, we do reserve the right to ask for photo identification before releasing a participant's race package. This is to prevent the very rare chance that some unscrupulous person might try to claim someone else's race package without permission.
Can just one Relay Team member pick up the race package on behalf of the entire team?
Yes. The team's shared Velcro-ankle-band timing chip, along with all the race bibs and other goodies for each team are combined into one package, so one member of the team can pick it up, if necessary.
However, the team experience will be a lot more fun if you all come down and enjoy the sights and sounds of our Health & Fitness Expo together.
Besides, do you really trust that one team member? How do you know he or she won't just run off with everyone else's stuff? I'm not pointing fingers, I'm just saying. :)
Can't I just pick up my race package early on race day?
We do not offer package pickup on race day.
Do I get my race number and timing chip in my race package? Do I have to return my timing chip after the race?
Yes, your race number and timing chip are part of your race package. In fact, they are the most important part of your race package. Without them, at best you're just some person running through the park for fun and, at worst, you're a bandit.
For all individual (i.e. non-relay team) events, the Credit Union QCM uses a single-use "souvenir" timing chip from ChampionChip.
The single-use souvenir timing chip looks something like this (close to actual size):
With the new souvenir timing chip, you don't have to have your chip collected at the end of your race and you won't have to worry about an unreturned chip fee. You can just keep your timing chip as a memento of your race with us.
NOTE: All teams in the Relay Team Marathon event MUST STILL RETURN their ankle-strap timing chip to the chip collection volunteers at the finish line, or be liable for a $40 unreturned chip fee. The ankle-strap timing chips for the relay teams are NOT "souvenir" chips.

Is the Health & Fitness Expo located near the race package pickup area?
Yes, while at Race Package Pickup, be sure to visit our Health & Fitness Expo! Since it's in the same room, it will be hard to miss.
- 11:00 AM - 8:30 PM Friday
- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Saturday
- The Health & Fitness Expo is held in the Schumiatcher Hall, the same room as race package pickup.
- This is the place to purchase official Credit Union QCM merchandise.
- The Health & Fitness Expo is open to the general public. Please bring a friend.
