There is no finer hotel in Regina than the Radisson Plaza Hotel Saskatchewan, the official hotel of the Credit Union QCM.

Located in the heart of downtown at 2125 Victoria Avenue, Regina's historic landmark overlooks Victoria Park and features elegant accommodations and gracious service. Saskatchewan's premier hotel, the Radisson Plaza Hotel Saskatchewan is within a 15-minute drive of the Regina International Airport and our start/finish area. 

When booking your room at the Radisson Plaza Hotel Saskatchewan, please inform the reservations person that you are attending the Credit Union Queen City Marathon and request the special Queen City Marathon rate. There are a limited number of rooms available at this special rate for race weekend (Friday to Monday). Book by August to ensure you can get the special participant rates. The hotel will extend the special group rate as long as they have room availability, but our reserved block of rooms will be "released" to the general public if not booked up by August.

The 2012 special race-weekend room rates for Credit Union QCM participants are:

• Non-Smoking Room with one queen bed: $135.00 (CDN, plus applicable taxes)
• Non-Smoking Room with two queen beds: $165.00 (CDN, plus applicable taxes)

NOTE: When booking, you can request a 4:00 PM late checkout on Sunday (additional $50.00 fee). Please note that parking at the hotel is $10.00 per day/per vehicle.

If you want an early-morning warm-up jog on race day, the Radisson Plaza Hotel Saskatchewan is located approximately 14 blocks from the Credit Union QCM start/finish area. 

• Come out the front door of the Radisson Plaza Hotel Saskatchewan and turn left. 
• Run 5 blocks west on Victoria Avenue to Albert Street. 
• Don’t cross Albert Street.
• Turn left and run about 9 blocks south on Albert Street to 23rd Avenue. 
• I say “about” 9 blocks because part of the distance is over the Albert Street Bridge and there are no official “blocks” there to measure. 
• When you reach the corner of Albert Street and 23rd Avenue, you’ll see the start/finish area to your left. It’ll be hard to miss. Look for a large tower structure and a lot of people wearing running shorts. 

Saturday morning’s Friendship Run starts at 9:00 AM at the Regina Running Room store, located at 2118 Albert Street, at the corner of Albert Street and 13th Avenue. This is just 6 blocks from the Radisson Plaza Hotel Saskatchewan.

• Go out the front door of the hotel and turn left. 
• Run 5 blocks west on Victoria Avenue to Albert Street. 
• Cross Albert Street. 
• Turn left and run 1 block south on Albert Street to 13th Avenue. 
• You’ll see the Running Room store there.
